Low Back Pain
Do you have low back pain? Here are some exercises that can help!
- Lower Trunk Rotations: Gently rock your knees side to side. You should feel a stretch in your low back. This movement should NOT be painful. If it is, decrease the amount you are moving.
- Marches: Flatten your back to the table/ground by engaging your core musculature. The goal is to maintain core activation while alternately marching legs. Your pelvis and spine should not move.
- Bridges: Squeeze your glutes and lift your hips up. Avoid arching your low back.
- Figure 4 Stretch: You should feel this stretch in the hip of the leg that is crossed.
