Program specifics
- Year-round, after school, and school vacation programs and seminars as well as:
- 2x and 3x/ week programs
- 6 and 8 week programs
- FREE screenings offered to determine whether an athlete is appropriate for sports training
- Our programs are individualized and special attention is applied to each athlete in order to identify potential areas of injury
- The number of athletes per group is limited to ensure proper instruction for our group sessions
- Group and team seminars and clinics
- Team discounts are available for groups of 6 or more
